Refund Policy

We at Diversified Media Group respect every customer's refund request, we have a very easy & hassle-free return policy.

Below is our refund policy explained step by step:

1. Customer sends/request refund request through calling our customer service department or by sending a simple email request.
2. Payment and Accounting Department verifies customer's details, orders shipped and payments completed by customer using his credit/debit card or check.
3. Request is send to accounting department for making refund to customer as requested.
4. Customer receives refund in 5 to 7 working days.
5. Refund request is closed after confirmation from customer about refund received.

Refund terms

Refund request can be emailed to support@diversifiedmediagroup.com or by contacting us on our toll free numbers mentioned on home page or contact us page, or by filling a contact us form and request is processed in 24 hours and customer's refund is completed by bank transfer to his/her bank account or card registered with DIVERSIFIED MEDIA GROUP and same is completed in 5 to 7 working days.
